The Youth Program expands on our students’ previous years of study and seeks to empower our young people to expand their faith as Unitarian Universalists.
Our Youth Ministry is built around six key components:
- Community Building
- Social Action
- Youth-Adult Relationships
- Faith Development
- Worship, and
- Leadership Development.

Teens engage in a number of different projects throughout the year, including volunteering for local non-profits, teaching Sunday School, and planning and leading Worship on Sunday mornings.
Aidan McCormack, our Director of Youth Ministries, leads this Ministry. Working with a team of trained advisers, our youth ministries leaders help to support and challenge our young people as they move through adolescence.
Youth Ministries culminates with the Bridging Program, which celebrates the transition from adolescents to young adulthood at the end of their senior year in high school. Students commemorate this transition with the congregation.
