Religious Education Registration
for Children and Youth
Now accepting registration for Religious Education 2012-2013!
All families are welcome and encouraged to attend our Opening Sunday Worship; a multigenerational, family oriented service celebrating the beginning of the year on September 9th at 10am followed by the All Church Picnic.
At North Shore Unitarian Church (NSUC), we offer a variety of programs and classes, from the Nursery to Senior High School. Beginning September 16th, Religious Education (RE) programs and classes are offered at our 9:15 a.m. and 11:15 a.m. service times.
Visitors are always welcome – first time visitors are asked to fill out a “First Time Visitors Form” for their children attending Religious Education. The First Time Visitors form is available at church or online to fill out at home and bring in.
Although registration is on-going, we ask returning families to complete registration by August 15th if they haven’t already participated in Spring Registration. Doing so facilitates classroom preparations, welcoming and frees up time allotted to administrative tasks. RE Programming is free of charge for pledging Members and Friends of NSUC. Non-pledging 2012-2013 families attending the RE program will be asked to contribute toward the RE program expenses.
Please return all pages filled out. The last page provides RE Volunteer Opportunities; all RE families are requested to volunteer in the RE program. Teaching is a great way of connecting with our children and youth and for 2012-2013 we still have teaching openings available.
Registration may be completed in person or by mail.
Those that registered in the Spring may pay their Snack Fee ($10 per registered child/youth, including nursery) in Fellowship Hall starting September 9th or mail it in Attn: DRE. All snack fees for registered students are to be paid in full by September 30th. Please see Charlotta Koppanyi, Director of Religious Education (DRE) if you have questions.
