 Religious Education Registration
for Children and Youth

Now accepting registration for Religious Education 2011-2012!

All families are welcome and encouraged to attend our Opening Sunday Worship; a multigenerational, family oriented service celebrating the beginning of the year on September 11 followed by the All Church Picnic at 12:30 p.m.

At North Shore Unitarian Church (NSUC), we offer a variety of programs and classes, from Nursery to Senior High School. RE programs and classes are offered at both our 9:15 a.m. and 11:15 a.m. service times, beginning September 18.

Registration can be completed in several methods.  Select the process which works best for you.  The RE registration is free of charge for Members and Friends of NSUC. Visitors are always welcome – first time visitors are asked to fill out a “First Time Visitors Form” for their RE attending children. Snack Fee is $10 per registered RE student. Please make check out to North Shore Unitarian Church – Snack Fee in Memo (important). RE Registrations and Snack Fees will also be accepted September 11 between services.

    • If you have a pdf software package (such as Adobe Acrobat or PDF Professional) you should  be able to fill in the form, including an electronic signature, and  save it to your computer using your family name in the filename for easy identification.
    • If you have Adobe Reader, then you can complete the form and then print it. You cannot save it. Adobe Reader may be downloaded from: http://get.adobe.com/reader/?promoid=BUIGO.

Once you have completed your form you have several options to return it to NSUC:

  • If you were able to save the file, then email it to Charlotta Koppanyi, Director of Religious Education at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it as an attachment.
  • Scan the printed document and email to DRE at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
  • Fax the completed forms, Attention DRE,  to church at (847)234-9019
  • Mail the completed form with snack fee to church or
  • drop if off in the DRE mailbox.



If possible, please register prior to Opening Sunday, September 11, 2011 – this will help our dedicated volunteer teachers and in preparing our RE classrooms.
